Exam Supervision

About This Service

FOPEC Education Consultants provides professional exam supervision services for schools, colleges, and training institutions across Western and Central Uganda. Our experienced supervisors ensure that examinations are conducted fairly, securely, and in line with national and institutional guidelines. We manage the entire supervision process, from pre-exam setup to post-exam collection, so your staff can focus on teaching and administration. Our team is trained to handle both internal and external examinations, including national assessments. We work closely with your exam office to verify candidate eligibility, distribute papers, monitor the exam hall, and prevent malpractice. After each session, we provide a detailed report on any incidents and ensure that all scripts are accounted for and securely returned. By choosing FOPEC, you gain reliable, impartial supervision that upholds the integrity of your examinations. We serve schools and institutions in the Rwenzori, Tooro, Ankole, and Central Uganda regions, including Kampala. Whether you need supervisors for a single exam or a full examination season, we tailor our support to your schedule and requirements.
