About This Service

FOPEC Education Consultants and FOPEC Tech Solutions (U) Ltd organise structured debate events for schools, universities, companies and community groups across Western and Central Uganda. We handle the full setup: topic selection, rules and format, timekeeping, judging criteria, and a neutral moderator. Debates can be held in English, Runyankole, Rutooro or Luganda, and we can run them in person at your venue or online for mixed groups. Our team works with you to choose a motion that fits your learning goals or business theme. We provide briefing notes for participants, train judges where needed, and manage the session from opening to closing remarks. After the event we can share a short summary of key arguments and outcomes so the learning continues beyond the room. Whether you want to build confidence in students, sharpen critical thinking in your team, or bring a community together around an important issue, FOPEC delivers a fair, well organised and respectful debate experience.

FOPEC delivers this service nationwide across Uganda, covering all regions and sub-regions: Rwenzori, Tooro, Ankole, Kigezi, Buganda, Busoga, Bugisu, Bukedi, Teso, Karamoja, Sebei, Acholi, Lango, and West Nile.
